New Site Header Needed Empty New Site Header Needed

If you have some experience with graphics, it'd be great if you could make a new header for the site, the one up there now is just me writing "team tactics" in Paint.. The only requirements for your version are that it not be too flashy, it needs to say Team Tactics, and the main colors should be red and gray/black.

Update:
I made a new header as you can see. Maybe you like the old one better, but I think I'll stick with this one until I can find a really good one.
